Using the small scooper, measure out desired dose. Roll into a small ball and swallow like food or place into a cup of warm water to dissolve as a delicious tea. 

We recommend starting your day with a warm glass of spring or purified water and a dose of Cymbiotika Shilajit. If lid is difficult to unscrew, soak jar in warm water for a few mins to loosen contents.

Adults: 0.5 - 1.0 grams per day 
Children: 0.25 grams per day 
Athletes: 1 - 2 grams per day
