Sandrine comes from a competitive sports background. Over the years, she’s been coached by swimming, running, strength, badminton, and volleyball coaches, which is how she became interested in becoming a coach herself.

She is currently triathlon training with a professional coach. Keeping a beginner’s mind is very important to her. She always wants to learn more to implement her knowledge in her training.

After becoming a certified personal trainer, she also become a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Precision Nutrition coach, and completed various courses such as Functional Movement Screen Level 1 & 2, Indian Clubs, Strength Training for Triathlon, and more.
