ADAPTIVE RESISTANCE EXERCISE (ARX)

Build muscle and lose fat in less time.

ARX technology combines computer-controlled, motorized resistance that is capable of matching the force of any user 100% of the time. This gives you the perfect rep, every rep. With perfect resistance, ARX shortens the time you need to exercise while dramatically increasing the safety and effectiveness of all of your workouts.

ELECTRONIC MUSCLE STIMULATION (EMS)

Get benefits of a 90-minute workout in just 20 minutes!

EMS is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric impulses. The impulses are generated by a device and delivered through electrodes to the skin surface above the muscles to be stimulated. The impulses cause the muscles to contract, so the result is similar to the actual movement and regular contractions of the muscles.

CAROL will increase, decrease or not change the resistance depending on rider performance and biometric measurements. Fine and automatic adjustments ensure that riders can exercise confidently because each session is customized to their ability.


A sudden demand for energy causes your body to rapidly burn large amounts of muscular glycogen (sugar stores) within 5-10 seconds. This signals a threat to your survival. Huge surge of other molecules upgrade you to be fitter, leaner and healthier.


The goal is to have your body adjust to rapid glycogen depletion and become more efficient at turning to another energy source once glycogen runs low. That other energy source? Fat. WHAT IS VIBE LOUNGE?

Vibe Lounge is a personal training studio powered by technology.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our studio is located in Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver. Our front door is in Lolo Lane, the back alley between 1st Street and Esplanade.

WHAT IS THE $149 INTRO PACKAGE?

The intro package is a new client special. It includes 2 private sessions. It's the perfect introduction to our studio and our method.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

We offer 30-minute and one-hour sessions.

WILL I SEE RESULTS IF I ONLY TRAIN ONCE A WEEK?

Training once a week at Vibe Lounge is the minimum effective dose to prevent muscle loss, build muscle, and improve overall fitness.

WHAT IF I WANT TO TRAIN WITH A PARTNER?

We offer semi-private training. To book partner sessions, each person must purchase their own package.

We recommend going through 2 private sessions before getting into partner training to ensure we are personalizing your sessions as much as possible.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

The only extra charge is the EMS undergarment. It is mandatory if you want to train using EMS.

You can buy your own for $50 or rent one for $5/session.

WHICH PACKAGE IS BEST FOR ME?

Each package has its own expiry date. We recommend a drop in if you cannot commit to a consistent schedule.

We recommend 5 sessions for client who come once a week, 10 sessions for those who come twice a week, and 20 sessions for those who come 3 or more times per week.

CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SESSION?

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.


If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, a session from your package will be used.


To avoid losing a session, please provide written cancellation/reschedule notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. All our services are prepaid. If you do not have an active package, we cannot reserve a time for you.

HOW HARD IS THE TRAINING?

Each person's training will be different based on their fitness level, their goals, and whether they have injuries.

When you book a session with us, you will be invited to fill out a consultation form to ensure we get all the information we need to create a personalized training program for your needs.
